This years Chocolate Fest is scheduled for February 13th with the 14th being the snow date. We typically have over 200 auction items varying from household items to tools and automotive supplies. We are always looking for donations from local artists and already have some great prints and crafts from artisans’ in Bar Harbor. Gift certificates are always popular but I have to say my favorites are the amazingly, tasty chocolate deserts.

This is a fun and well-liked event by so many but truly can not happen without our volunteers. We need help the day of the event with selling raffle tickets, set up, clean up, and checking people in. We need people who are willing to go out in January and ask businesses for donations of auction items. We need people to talk about this special fundraiser and sell tickets in advance. We need to get flyers and posters onto bulletin boards and of course we need people to share their own personal chocolate creations.
